Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged a $5 cancellation fee. If you rebook within 7 days, that $5 will be applied as a credit toward your next appointment.

No-shows without notice will be charged the full service amount.
